PRINCIPLE:
Protect customers in case of breakdowns which are not predicted in maintenance service
This service is available for all Clients and all vehicle types and includes damage in mechanical components such as the engine or the gearbox, stabilizing costs and avoiding surprises
ADVANTAGES:
Customer reports the breakdown, using the usual procedure, to ALD Automotive (repair scheduling and request for assistance)
Control of costs resulting from repair of damages caused by negligent acts
When hired, its allowed the usage of Replacement Vehicle for breakdowns under service rules
Expert evaluation scheduled within 48 hours
Cost per incident is limited by Repair Contribution value
