Aims to assume eventual costs resulting from damages caused by negligent acts that are not covered by the maintenance service.

PRINCIPLE:

  • Protect customers in case of breakdowns which are not predicted in maintenance service
  • This service is available for all Clients and all vehicle types and includes damage in mechanical components such as the engine or the gearbox, stabilizing costs and avoiding surprises

 

ADVANTAGES:

  • Customer reports the breakdown, using the usual procedure, to ALD Automotive (repair scheduling and request for assistance)
  • Control of costs resulting from repair of damages caused by negligent acts
  • When hired, its allowed the usage of Replacement Vehicle for breakdowns under service rules
  • Expert evaluation scheduled within 48 hours
  • Cost per incident is limited by Repair Contribution value
